The Buttons & Slit skirt was inspired by original 30's & 40's patterns worn mostly by dancers on film. The slit is cut straight so that the leg mostly shows when moving.
Buttons are also handmade with polymeric clay by @kleio.

FABRICS:
Crepe Push - Up: Flowy, suitable for all seasons, double cohesive elasticity, excellent tightening and texture, tightens the body and has flawless fit. Wrinkle resistant, durable, dries quickly, retains shape, comfortable. Machine washable at 50°.
Gabardine Polycotton: Less stiff than Gabardine Cotton, wrinkles less than Cotton because of its consistency in polyester, durable, dries quickly, retains shape. Soft, breathable, absorbent, versatile, lightweight, doesn’t stick to the skin. Machine washable at 50°.
