Shipping conditions are not as described (DHL is offered with shipment status). Instead, simple mail, which again cost me time asking for my street address. Submitted tracking number worked or did not exist. Furthermore, the packaging is white and not black as can be seen in the pictures. It is also not specified that the pack may have a different color. Answers were sparse and late anyway, at some point not at all... It was no longer possible to pack the bracelets in a package (they waited another day for me). It was a wedding package. Pure disappointment and sometimes I feel betrayed. Never had such a bad experience on Etsy.
