♥ STAMP INFORMATION ♥

1. RECTANGULAR SIZE: wood hand stamps are a 2 x 1 1/4" impression area // the self-inking are slightly larger at 2-6/8" x 7/8"
2. ROUND SIZE: wood hand stamps are a 1-6/8" in diameter impression area // the self-inking are slightly smaller at 1-5/8"
3. The self-inking stamps are Colop models - which will last, literally, for thousands and thousands of impressions.
5. Wood stamps do not come with an ink pad unless but you can add one in the Extras tab.

♥ HERE’S HOW TO ORDER ♥

1. Choose your stamp type. If your logo is rectangular, it's much better if you choose the rectangular stamp.
2. Add the extras you want.
3. Once you place your order, send us an Etsy message or an email to stamps [!at] stampbyme.es and send us your logo.

♥ My team and I are working hard to ensure you get your order on time. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, so in order to adhere to Etsy's ship-on-time expectations we currently are not offering proofs. ♥

Please be sure to include all your details and information needed with your order. Our team is carefully customizing your products and making sure there are no errors with your selections and/or artwork before shipping. If there happens to be an issue, we will provide you with a digital mockup and place your order on hold for up to 24 hours. During this time, please review and communicate any changes you would like to make.

If we can not resolve any issues within 24 hours, we will cancel and refund so that you can place your order again when you have all the required information. If you have any concerns about how your order will look, you are more than welcome to send us a message before purchasing!

If you want to see a proof before your stamp is produced, please let me know and I will send one as soon as you do the order. I want you to have the perfect stamp, so I will acept so many changes as you need.

Once you approve the design, I will start the production and ship the order within 24-48h

You can cancel your order if you have a good reason, but if we already have work in your desing, you will be charged $6.99. This money will be available for you if you want to buy another stamp in the future.

Such helpful and very fast responses to all my questions! 10/10 customer service. I asked for proof of design because I have purchased a stamp before (not from this company) and the design didn't work at all due to the font being too small and thin so I was nervous to buy another stamp. Stamp By Me has created the best quality product and my logo is now proudly stamped on all my kraft paper bags :)
