If you want to return the items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 21 days of delivery (individual orders are excluded).

Shipping of returned item must be with tracking track. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of an exchange of goods, delivery of a new copy is also paid by the buyer.
In case of a refund, the entire amount for the goods is returned, minus the amount for the work of the mail.

The item must be returned in its original condition (no signs of wear) and in its original packaging. If the goods are returned not in their original condition, only partial compensation is possible (discussed individually).

Your package will be sent within 2-4 weeks after payment.

We will send orders to the address specified in the Etsy account. So please make sure that your address is correct.

All orders are sent via international registered air mail from Ukraine.

The duration of the delivery depends on the work of the delivery service providers and is independent of our control.

Below are the estimated delivery times (excluding production time 2-3 weeks).

- USA: 1-2 weeks
- Canada: 4-8 weeks
- South America: 4-10 weeks
- New Zealand, Australia: 2-5 weeks
- Other countries: up to 5 weeks

Please also consider the conditions of the pandemic in which the world now finds itself. Because of this, there may be delays in the delivery of parcels.

However, even after we are trying to deliver the items within the aforementioned period of time, delivery may take longer if something unexpected happens (e.g., a technical malfunction or customs clearance procedures by the authorities of the destination country). Therefore the delivery time is indicative and not guaranteed.

Please note that orders that are usually shipped during the Christmas holidays take longer than usual.

We are not responsible for shipping errors through the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.

We are not responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes on foreign shipments.

Different countries have different Customs and Tax regulations. Please be infomred that purchased items may include the taxes for several countries like: USA, Asutralia, Switzerland, UK, Ireland and Norway. Purchasers from listed countries may pay VAT while placing an order on Etsy. In this case we will show the full amount of your order and attach packing slip in order to proove your customs that you have already paid VAT.
And also imported goods can be a subject for Customs fees. In case if you want us to help you avoid of paying the Customs fee, please select standard shipping and inform us to declare lower amount.
