Do you offer custom products or only the products in your shop?

Yes! Please contact me about any special product requests you may have and we can put together a customized order based on what you need.

Why is the wood color different than the picture?

The color of your requested stain may vary from the image provided in the listing. This is all dependent upon how many coats were used, what kind of finish is applied, as well as the kind of wood used. With that said we strive to provide the same color variation chosen by the client.

Why do I have more screws left over after assembly of my order?

We provide a few extra screws with your shipment just incase one was lost during assembly.

What if I already signed for a damaged package?

Unfortunately, once a package is signed for, UPS considers it accepted in good condition. This means we cannot file a damage claim, and we cannot offer free replacements or repairs. Please carefully inspect your order before signing to ensure you are fully protected.

Is there an additional fee for custom orders?

Yes, all custom orders are subject to a $50 custom order fee. This fee covers the time and resources required to design and create your unique piece.

How do I place a custom order?

To place a custom order, please send us a message with the following details: * A description of your idea * Dimensions, if applicable * Any inspirational photos or sketches We will review your request and provide a quote and estimated timeline.

Can I request changes to an existing product?

Yes, modifications to existing products are considered custom orders and will also be subject to the $50 custom order fee.

What does “Unfinished” mean?

Unfinished products do not receive any stain or polyurethane finish. They are left in their natural wood state for customers who prefer a raw, natural look or plan to apply their own finish. All unfinished items are still carefully prepared before shipping. We sand off any fraying left from the CNC machine and smooth all edges of each part to ensure a clean, safe, and high-quality product. While unfinished items will not have a sealed surface, they are fully functional and ready to use as-is or to be finished at home.

I noticed small imperfections in the wood — is that normal?

Yes! Small natural characteristics such as minor knots, mineral streaks, and grain lines are common in real wood products. You may also see faint scratch-like marks on panels — these come from the plywood manufacturing process and are unavoidable but do not affect the strength, durability, or beauty of your piece once finished.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your package looks damaged upon arrival, do not sign for it and do not accept delivery. Signing confirms the package was received in good condition, which removes our ability to file a claim or provide a replacement. Instead: 1. Notify the UPS driver of the damage and request that they document it. 2. Refuse delivery so the package is shipped back to us automatically. 3. Once we receive it, our team will inspect it and arrange a replacement or repair.

Delivered ~ 4 months after ordered and 2 months past the initial delivery expected time. My brief messages of status inquiries were responded to in what seemed to be a templated response of BS. When the product finally arrived, no instructions for assembly. ~1 week later when I logged onto Etsy, I realized there were digital instructions but not even a note in the box to guide to digital version. WORST ETSY experience EVER! SLACKER firm of BS and they play on sympathy story. DO NOT WASTE $ on this shop as by the time this arrives, you will have gone with other options for your loved one's needs.
