Want the perfect gift for a loved one? We offer a packaging service to have your special gift wrapped when delivered.
Please note that you have to select the 'Gift Wrapping' option. When you only 'mark as a gift', it is send without a packaging slip. When you select 'Gift Wrapping', we will wrap your unique item with our beautifull wrapping paper.

We test all of our items before we put them online in our shop. So our vintage electronic products and retro games are fully tested. On some occasions, when we do not have the facilities to test a specific item, we clearly indicate this in the title and the description of the product. So when purchasing vintage electronics or retro games, please read the text carefully.

C'est Lou is considerate of the planet and re-uses and re-purposes packaging materials. We ensure that all items are packed carefully and send orders out in 1 or 2 business days. Once the package has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

All items are send out with a tracking code and insurance. When an item gets lost in the mail, you will receive a full refund for the order. When an item arrived damaged, you can send us a message and we will sort it out together.
