- All goods are shipped using a tracked and signed for service where available.

- I will always try and ship your goods within 2 working days of receipt of order and if for any reason this isn't possible, I will contact you immediately. (23 March 2020 - please see my announcement above, regarding potential delays as a result of the coronavirus outbreak)

- Subject to service availability, I will always send you a tracking number for your goods, at the same time as I confirm dispatch. It may take 24 hours after your package is mailed for the post office to update online tracking information.

It is really important to me that you're 100% happy with your order; after all, no one wants to receive something that doesn't fit!

If you've not been lucky enough to have one of my shirts before, I really recommend you take a few minutes and carry out the following steps, to ensure you get the perfect size for you.

1 - Find the current favourite shirt of the person you're buying for and lay it button side down on a flat surface
2 Get a tape measure and measure from the side seam under one armhole to the side seam on the other armhole; shown as measurement A on the sizing guide (the last photo in each product)
3 Check that measurement against size guide to know the size that should offer you the best fit.

I've really tried my best to take photos that accurately capture each shirt. however the colours you see on your screen are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your screen and how it's configured, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor displays colours in the right way.
