Bought this two days ago. I was under the impression the product would be available to download that same day (it is stated that I would be able to download it that day), but it took another two days. I only was in a rush as this was to be a gift for a family member, and time was of the essence. Reached out to the shop twice, and the matter was resolved as soon as someone got back to me. It printed out great, and I will certainly be happy to buy the product again when I am not constrained for time. It is a great value. Printing it out (even in downtown Seattle) cost me only $14 for an 18x24 inch paper.

Very good quality work. High resolution and John also does me a favor to customize the work to 20 X28" in order to fit my spare frame. Shipping is okay and delivers the file through the link. Just take a little bit longer time (<12hrs) but I got it printed in the 2nd day! Overall, good work and good quality. Recommend it!
