§ 3 PURCHASES IN THE SHOP
Purchases in the shop are processed through the Etsy sales system.
An order once placed cannot be changed. Combining orders is not possible. If the buyer wishes to make changes to their order, they are requested to contact the Seller.
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order, they are requested to contact the Seller.
§ 4 PAYMENT
Payment for an order placed is made through the "Etsy Payments" payment system.
§ 5 ORDER PROCESSING
The Seller is obligated to deliver faultless goods.
The delivery time, along with an estimated shipping time, is provided under each listing.
If the buyer has purchased items with different delivery times within one order, the order will be processed according to the longest delivery time.
A purchase receipt in the form of an invoice is included with every order.
The delivery countries are:
a. Germany
b. Poland
The goods purchased in the shop are delivered via Deutsche Post.
The Seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods by the shipping company.
In case the package is damaged, the Seller requests the buyer to contact them promptly.
§ 6 RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the shop within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to § 7 of the General Terms and Conditions.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the goods are received. The buyer is obliged to return the goods within 30 days from the date they informed the Seller about the withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement sent via Etsy or directly to the provided email address roksanasionko@gmail.com, within 14 days from receiving the goods at the latest.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
a. In case of withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by the Seller and not exceeding 2.75 EUR), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the withdrawal.
b. The Seller will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction, e.g., Etsy Payments.
c. The Seller requests the return of the goods to the following address:

60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day the consumer informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods within 30 days!
The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The goods must not be used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
§ 7 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION
The following goods, due to their nature, are not subject to return or exchange, unless they are defective:
a. Custom orders or personalized products
b. Perishable products (e.g., food or flowers)
c. Digital products for download
d. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
The right of revocation applies only to consumers, not to other persons.
§ 8 COMPLAINTS
In the event of a defect in the goods, the buyer has the right to file a complaint regarding the faulty goods.
In accordance with the Civil Code, the buyer may:
a. Request a price reduction,
b. Withdraw from the contract in case of a significant defect.
c. Demand the return of faulty goods in exchange for non-faulty goods.
The Seller requests the submission of complaints to the postal or email address provided in § 2 of the General Terms and Conditions.
