What are the care instructions for this item?
For cloth items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean,
and do not iron directly on the design.

What if I don't respond to my photo proof? If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for 1 week and then make the order & ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines we can not hold orders beyond a certain date. My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it? Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, & these will increase in the holiday
season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking
provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly
delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment,
but we are in no position to guarantee timeline

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's
any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.
Do I need to have a Canva Account?
No. All of our designs are ready to print when you receive them.

What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try
it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the
correct size.

"Artist Mews" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping
carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over

For the best outcome we recommend having ALL of your prints professionally printed. For A5 A4 and A3 black and white downloads and checklist template you can print off on most digital domestic printers.
