I am so impressed with the customer service and quality of this product. It is exactly what I was looking for and also arrived much quicker than expected. The owner was so helpful in sending me pictures of the colours so I could choose the right one. The couch is nice and firm, it won’t sink over time like some of the other cushions I’ve used or even couches I’ve sat on.
