This was not in the seller’s description so had to buy a power plug converter adapter. Seller had good communication when shipping status didn’t change for a week. Overall, my daughter loves the color options and is happy with it.

As most of our products are ordered from European countries, there was probably a confusion by our teammates when we were going to send American socket plugs, we are sorry for this situation. I am sorry to write a negative review. However, I thought my summary would be helpful to other potential buyers. If a product’s origin is in another country, make certain the vendor details their return policy. My mirrored clock arrived poorly packaged and shattered. I was told I had to return it to the “warehouse” to get a refund. The “warehouse” is in Turkey, which would have cost me over $300 to ship! This was not stated on the product listing, for obvious reasons. Therefore, ASK FOR CLARIFICATION before you buy. Fortunately, Etsy recouped the full purchase price after I filed a complaint.

All conditions for return and exchange are clearly available, these conditions are set by Etsy. We packed the product as well as we could, the reason why the product is broken is due to the carrier cargo company, in such cases, if the product is broken when you receive the product from the cargo, a report must be kept and you will not be charged an additional fee, you did not keep a report and if you send me the product back as normal cargo without a report, it is normal for the cargo company to ask for money. I accepted the return despite everything while the product was still in your hands, (despite all the insults, scammer, liar, etc.) I provided a full refund of your money, I see this comment as a comment made to deliberately discredit our store and wish patience to the store owners you shop with.
