All products are produced under a high quality control before being delivered to you, and we do not guarantee if they break because it depends on how customers take care of them. However, if it is a technical issue from our end right after you receive your order, please immediately reach out to us with pictures, this helps us help you faster. For minor breakings, we are willing to offer free labor and supplies to repair them for you. For major breakings, we only charge you for supplies/materials - we are happy to offer free labor for you. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

**PROCESSING TIME: For custom grillz, we only take 3 days maximum to finish your non-diamond grillz. For diamond/stone setting grillz, we need 12 - 14 days maximum to get things done right for you. For other products, they are available for shipping within 24 hours. **DELIVERY TIME: For all products, we are committed to a priority shipping method of 2 days with insurance in the United States. For customers living outside of the U.S., please allow shipping to take about 7 - 14 days. You will receive an email about your tracking number when your order is processed for shipping.

All products require care to maintain their quality over time. The more you care, the better. For silver jewelry, we recommend to use warm water and soft napkin/cloth to clean them after each use for custom grillz and once a month for other products.
