SHIPPING BY INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL - PROVIDES TRACKING NUMBER (I ship from Italy or Greece). Registered mail is one of the most secure methods to post internationally and requires to be signed for. It can be tracked online in most countries including the USA but not in Canada or Australia. If you prefer to not sign for it, please send me a message and I will send it regular 1st class mail which does not provide a tracking number.  If you do not receive your order within 14 days or are not at home to sign for the package, please call or visit your local post office with the tracking number to reschedule delivery or pick it up. If it has still not arrived, please contact me before 30 days in order for me to track it for you.

If a package is returned due to the customer providing a wrong address, being unclaimed or failure to pay any customs fees, I’ll resend the item to the correct address, after payment of the reshipment fee. If the customer prefers to cancel the order, I will refund the order less original shipping fees when I receive the returned order. No cancellations or refunds will be made if the customer has given an incorrect address. Once your order is confirmed, it is advised to track it with the tracking number as often as possible to know when your package will be delivered. If it can not be delivered for some reason, it may be returned within 10-14 days.

Handmade glass is unique due to its small variations in design, color or occasional minuscule glass bubbles. These are not defects but instead contribute to its beauty and individual qualities. In the event you are not happy with the items for any reason, please make a return request with your reason for return. It must be returned within 10 days of receiving it to the location it was shipped from in the original condition it was shipped and be sent with a tracking number. Upon inspection of the returned goods, you will receive a store credit for an exchange or refund less shipping and customs fees. Please allow 7 days to process the refund.No returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason after 120 days from delivery date.

All merchandise is quality controlled, packed and shipped to you in perfect condition. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery to check for any damages during shipment. In the rare occasion you receive an item damaged in shipment or defective in any way, please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of delivery. You will then be able to return it for a replacement or refund including return shipping by 1st class mail only. Refund of shipping will not exceed this rate. You must contact me first to receive my acceptance of return and return instructions. I cannot honor returns that fail to arrive.

In the case of Force Majeure or Act of God as in unforeseeable events outside my control I will not be held responsible.
