I ship all my orders via USPS Priority Mail with a travel time of 1-3 days.
Overnight shipping is available. Contact me prior to placing your order for the cost.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAYS CAUSED BY USPS.
After your package is dropped off at the post office and scanned (proof that the package reached the post office), it is out of my control.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO DELIVERY DELAY.

You will receive e-mail from Etsy on the day your order is shipped.

All of the orders I send out include a tracking number and a delivery confirmation. This is all included in the cost of the shipping when you order from my shop.

I ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail.

There is NO delivery confirmation included on International packages, so there will be no way to track your package once it has been shipped and I cannot be held responsible for any lost

packages. Therefore, I cannot issue any refunds for lost packages.

If you would like to have a delivery confirmation, you would have to upgrade your shipping to Express Mail International. E-mail me prior to making a purchase, for a quote on your shipping cost.

International buyers are responsible for duty/customs fees, if any apply. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you.



~~~~~ RETURNS and EXCHANGES ~~~~

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once I receive the returned item, I will contact you to arrange a replacement item or offer you store credit. Your store credit will never expire, and can be used

towards anything in my store. AT THIS TIME I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

The items have to be sent back in packaging that will will not allow damage to the items you return. You may always pick up a priority box at your local Post Office for free.
