CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS:

Q: Do we take custom card requests? A: At this time we don’t offer custom card requests, however we do welcome suggestions on new cards to potentially add to our shop. We tend to specialize in creating Proxies for some of the more expensive cards in the game ($15 & up, with a few exceptions).

Q: Are your cards the same size and thickness as standard cards? A: Although they are similar in both regards, our cards are slightly thicker & larger (1-2mm) than standard. We use the closest option that our Print facility offers to standard cards, but they are not an exact match. Q: Can your cards fit inside standard card sleeves? A: Yes, they do fit snugly into standard outer sleeves, however we do not recommend using inner sleeves (for double sleeving). Since our cards are slightly larger than standard, they don’t fit inside all brands of inner sleeves. Sorry, but we cannot offer any guarantees if you intend to double sleeve them. Q: Do we offer Foil cards? A: We now offer Foil options for some of our most popular cards.

Q: Do you offer bulk card discounts? A: Yes. We offer various bundles/sets where the cards included are discounted up to 50% when compared to purchasing the same cards as singles. We're currently also offering single card discounts as follows: 1-4 cards: 15% off 5-9 cards: 20% off 10-19 cards: 25% off 20 or more cards: 30% off

Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Orders are shipped Tuesdays & Fridays weekly. Typically, if your order is placed before 10am EST on those days, it will be included with that day’s batch of orders being shipped. Otherwise it will go out the following shipping day. There may be exceptions to these shipping days on weeks with holidays. Q: How long do orders generally take to be delivered? A: We are based in Canada & Canada Post estimates the following (worst case) delivery time-frames during the Pandemic: Canada: 7-14 Business days United States: 14-25 Business days International (Destinations Outside of North America): 20-35 Business days Note: Business days are considered Monday - Friday. Weekends & Holidays are excluded.

SHIPPING/ORDER ISSUES:

Q: What happens if my order doesn’t arrive within the worst case delivery timeframe, if the cards are damaged during shipping, or if there are any other order discrepancies? A: Please message us to let us know if your order hasn’t arrived within the worst case estimated delivery time-frame for your destination as posted in the above "Shipping Details" section, or if there are any other issues with your order. We’re always more than happy & willing to work with our customers to find a suitable solution in these cases to make things right.
