Apply castor oil to that area in need of help and repair (eg, stomach area to help with digestion and elimination or liver area to help with stress on liver from processed foods) when the oil is applied, cover with the pad, water resistant side facing away from the skin. Attach two elasticated straps onto the buttons on the opposite side of the pad.

Backed with white cotton and water resistant material

Black or white elastic used to create elasticated waistbands which securely close with buttons as its fastened around your waist
