Frequently asked questions
How do we ship the products?
The products are shipped in fully sealed sturdy cardboard boxes and each miniature is individually wrapped in many layers of packaging plastic with bubbles, in such a way that it is practically impossible for any broken one to arrive and being sealed, no small piece can be lost. The smallest pieces, such as shields, spears, swords, heads.. they are placed in airtight bags so that they are more easily found inside the package.Shipments are always certified and now we are including "fragile" label that is usually taken into consideration by transport companies.
Can it be printed on other scales? I
We can usually print on other scales. The following indications must be taken into account:- The manufacturer models the thumbnail to be printed in a certain size, which is specified in each advertisement, if not, it should be consulted before placing the order.- Scale variations "should always be consulted before placing an order", have read these indications and be satisfied with them.- Scale variations are always made proportionally in all the axes of three-dimensional space, being impossible to modify only any of them, since the miniature would be deformed.
Can it be printed on other scales? II
- Scale increases are always feasible, by increasing the miniature proportionally all its parts acquire greater thickness and are more resistant.- Scale reductions are not always feasible, in some cases the miniature is weakened by its finer parts and although it is possible to print them, they hinder their transport and subsequent handling by the buyer. In these cases and being in agreement both parties can not be responsible for the arrival of a broken fine piece or breaks later in its handling. It should be noted that in most cases the repair is very simple and if it is not, we always provide our support and seek negotiated solutions.
Can it be printed on other scales? III
- The increases and reductions in scale of a particular manufacturer shall be carried out in a homogeneous manner for the entire collection and adapting its size to the standard scales of play; 32mm, 28mm or 26mm (only for LOTR) and we will always refer to them as "real" scales, not "historical". In this way the miniatures keep between them the proportionality modeled by the designer.- Magnifications above 32mm can be made for new tabletops that are coming out or to print in sculpture mode.- Increases and reductions in scale will always be considered as personalized orders according to our store policy.- Increases in scale and reductions, previously negotiated, will always be indicated in the order
In what materials do we print?
All our miniatures, including the scenography pieces are printed in high quality resin "ABS like".This type of resin is much more resistant than other inexpensive resins that are usually used for 3D printing and that tend to break in many parts, such as glass. However, it is resin and as such has different properties than plastic. The pieces made of resin are more fragile than those made of plastic and if they are not handled correctly they can be broken. It should be noted that although they can break, their repair is very simple, they are reattached very well with loctite leaving very solid joints and without the need to use a lot of glue.
How are thumbnails printed?
Some miniatures are printed in one piece, although much of them are printed with arms, heads, weapons separated... the most appropriate way to join them is by following the steps described above, always using little glue. After all, a very important part of the hobby is to assemble the miniatures to the user's liking ;)The loctite welds very well the pieces printed in this material, not being necessary to use more resin for the joints. The images of each ad are indicative of how the model looks with all the parts joined together
Are the bases included?
No, in no case do we include the bases unless we expressly indicate it in the announcement.Almost all of our ads have a base hiring option, although there may be older ads that don't have this option. We recommend consulting in these cases to include them or contract separately.
Are shipments insured?
We send our packages always by registered mail with tracking code and inform the customer at the time of departure so that he can follow up.If the order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, either due to rejection of the recipient, or due to incorrectness of the delivery data, we do not assume a new shipment without charge, nor do we make returns. All thumbnails are printed to order, so they are all custom orders.
Do we insure the goods?
Our prices are very economical, as well as shipping and we can not insure the load, we are not responsible for it suffering any damage during transport. In 99% of shipments deliveries occur without incident and in those that do not, we always look for the best solution for the client, in case the damage caused is irreparable. The reviews of our clients endorse us.In case of any doubt about the quality and level of commitment we reach with our customers, we recommend consulting our review history. The reviews are written completely freely by our clients and without any intervention on our part and faithfully reflect our way of working.
