The products are shipped in fully sealed sturdy cardboard boxes and each miniature is individually wrapped in many layers of packaging plastic with bubbles, in such a way that it is practically impossible for any broken one to arrive and being sealed, no small piece can be lost.The smallest pieces, such as shields, spears, swords, heads.. they are placed in airtight bags so that they are more easily found inside the package.Shipments are always certified and now we are including "fragile" label that is usually taken into consideration by transport companies.

Los productos se envían en cajas de cartón resistentes totalmente selladas y cada miniatura se envuelve individualmente en muchas capas de plástico de embalaje con burbujas, de tal manera que es prácticamente imposible que llegue alguna rota y al estar selladas, no se puede perder ninguna pieza pequeña.

Las piezas más pequeñas, tales como escudos, lanzas, espadas, cabezas .. se introducen en bolsas con cierre hermético para que se encuentren más fácilmente dentro del paquete.

Los envíos siempre son certificados y ahora estamos incluyendo etiqueta de "fragile" que suele tenerse en consideración por parte de las empresas transportistas.

Generalmente podemos imprimir en otras escalas. Hay que tener en cuenta las siguientes indicaciones :
- El fabricante modela la miniatura para imprimirse en un tamaño determinado, que viene especificado en cada anuncio, si no fuera así, se debe consultar antes de realizar el pedido.
- Las variaciones de escala "deben consultarse siempre antes de realizar un pedido", haber leido estas indicaciones y estar conforme con ellas.
- Las variaciones de escala siempre se hacen proporcionalmente en todos los ejes del espacio tridimensional, siendo imposible modificar sólamente alguno de ellos, pues la miniatura se deformaría.

- Scale increases are always feasible, by increasing the miniature proportionally all its parts acquire greater thickness and are more resistant.- Scale reductions are not always feasible, in some cases the miniature is weakened by its finer parts and although it is possible to print them, they hinder their transport and subsequent handling by the buyer. - Los aumentos de escala siempre son factibles, al aumentar la miniatura proporcionalmente todas su partes adquieren mayor grosor y son más resistentes.

En estos casos y estando de acuerdo ambas partes no podemos hacernos responsables de que llegue alguna pieza fina rota o se rompa posteriormente en su manipulación. Es conveniente señalar que en la mayoría de los casos la reparación es muy sencilla y en caso de no serlo aportamos siempre nuestro apoyo y buscamos soluciones negociadas.

De esta manera las miniaturas guardan entre ellas la proporcionalidad modelada por el diseñador.
- Se pueden realizar aumentos por encima de 32mm para nuevos tabletops que están saliendo o para imprimir en modo escultura.
- Los aumentos y reducciones de escala serán siempre considerados como pedidos personalizados según nuestra política de tienda.
- Los aumentos de escala y reducciones, previamente negociadas, se indicarán siempre en el pedido

All our miniatures, including the scenography pieces are printed in high quality resin "ABS like".This type of resin is much more resistant than other inexpensive resins that are usually used for 3D printing and that tend to break in many parts, such as glass.However, it is resin and as such has different properties than plastic. The pieces made of resin are more fragile than those made of plastic and if they are not handled correctly they can be broken.It should be noted that although they can break, their repair is very simple, they are reattached very well with loctite leaving very solid joints and without the need to use a lot of glue.

Todas nuestras miniaturas, incluidas las piezas de escenografía se imprimen en resina de alta calidad "ABS like".
Este tipo de resina es mucho más resistente que otras resinas económicas que suelen utilizarse para la impresión 3D y que tienen a romperse en muchas partes, como el cristal.
Sin embargo es resina y como tal tiene propiedades diferentes a las del plástico. Las piezas elaboradas en resina son más frágiles que las elaboradas en plástico y si no se manejan correctamente pueden partirse.
Cabe destacar que si bien pueden romperse, su reparación es muy sencilla, se vuelven a unir muy bien con loctite quedando uniones muy sólidas y sin necesidad de utilizar mucha cantidad de pegamento.

Algunas miniaturas se imprimen de una sola pieza, aunque gran parte de ellas se imprimen con los brazos, cabezas, armas separadas ... la forma más indicada de unirlas es siguiendo los pasos descritos anteriormente, utilizando siempre poco pegamento. Al fin y al cabo una parte muy importante del hobby es montar las miniaturas a gusto del usuario ;)
El loctite suelda muy bien las piezas impresas en este material, no siendo necesario utilizar más resina para las uniones.
