1. The prices quoted in the Aniri Art Etsy Online Shop at the time of the respective order shall apply. Because of the regulations for small businesses according to § 19 USTG (German law of Value Added Tax) no VAT is included in all invoices. Prices and the applicable shipping fees are quoted separately. The applicable shipping fees shall be charged in addition to the purchase price. The invoice will be sent to the Buyer together with the goods to be delivered.
2. Payment of the goods can exclusively be made by PayPal and credit card. EU- citizens may also pay via bank transfer.
3. We ship (and produce) with upfront payment only. We expect payment in 5 working days. If you need more time, please let us know. Otherwise, we will cancel your order.
4. Additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer if the delivery is to a non-EU country. However, these are payable not to the provider but rather to the responsible customs and tax authorities. It is recommended that the customer requests the specific details from the customs and tax authorities prior to ordering.
In order to guarantee a smooth custom clearance process, for our non-EU shipments, we provide respective documentation.
5. The costs for combined shipping are counted by the Etsy Website. You can see how it would add up with more items by clicking on "Shipping & Policies" at the item pages.

I send all packages from Germany with DHL, with tracking number to secure your shipment. Shipping to Germany takes standard 1-3 working days, to Europe: 5-10 business days, Worldwide: 10-21 working days. Please note that Australia International Registered Post service does not offer online tracking. This service offers a signature on delivery service only.
The amount of the shipping fee for standard shipments is explicitly specified in the Aniri Art Etsy Online-shop.
If you want express delivery, please contact me to check the terms and price for express delivery to your country. Unfortunately, I can only guarantee the shipment date, but not a delivery date.

There can be delays due to many different factors such as increased security concerns or extra time needed to clear customs. Because of that, there have been instances of international parcels taking 3-4 weeks to arrive. I can't control any of that and therefore can't take responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any delays in shipping.
However, if you order does not arrive within 30 days, I can place a claim with the Local Post Office for a lost parcel. Because of the Local Postal regulations, this is the earliest I can ask for a claim inquiry. And it can take an additional 60 days for the Post Office to investigate. So if this should happen, please be patient!
I will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order. If your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses are different, I will use the Etsy shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure all the addresses are correct.
During the busy winter season November - January delivery will take longer so please allow another two weeks extra for delivery.

1) To the extent a customer uses the services of PayPal for payment, the data protection provisions established by PayPal shall apply to the payment process. In this context, PayPal shall be taking action as the person employed by the customer in the performance of their obligations (Erfüllungsgehilfe), not as a person so employed by the vendor.

(3) If prove any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
