Before placing our order, they even sent us four complimentary sample shells so we could preview the design. When an unexpected water damage issue caused a shipping delay, AnotherShoreCo was incredibly communicative and proactive. They immediately created a new batch and expedited shipping to ensure we received them in time for our wedding. We are so happy with both the product and the customer service, and we can't wait for our guests to see them next month!
