Our shipments are always FREE and managed by a private courier service, complete with warranty and tracking.
We usually opt for FedEx or DHL, depending on the region, selecting the provider that offers superior service in each area.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE ANY INCONVENIENCE WITH THE SHIPMENT?
Typically, ALL PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED PROMPTLY AND WITHOUT ISSUE. However, if you encounter any problems with your shipment, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via a message here on Etsy so we can address it. Rest assured, if anything goes awry, we'll either replace the item or provide a refund – it's your choice. But it's crucial that you notify us promptly (by sending a MESSAGE here on Etsy) so we can promptly address the situation through our customer service team.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DREAM CATCHER?
Shipments are taking 3 to 10 business days depending on the area
USA 3-5 business days.Europe: 5-7 business days
Rest of the world: 7 business days
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any import duties or unexpected delays caused by customs or postal services.
We cannot deliver to PO BOX. SEND PHYSICAL ADDRESS And if you want, we can request that they hold the package at your nearest FedE
I WOULD LIKE MY DREAMCATCHER TO HAVE SPECIFIC STONES FOR HEALING PURPOSES, BUT I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH MANY STONES AND DON'T KNOW WHICH ONES TO CHOOSE.
