This does happen to the best of us on occasion. Here are some steps you can take to avoid or solve this problem.

1.) Always check your mailing address before checking out. We are not responsible for packages going to the wrong address if* you have input it incorrectly into paypal or etsy.

2.) Check your tracking number in the automated email from etsy. We do not have different information or access to anything you don’t in this regards, unfortunately.

3.) Still no package? Try calling your local post office.

4.) If the package marks as delivered, we shipped your package as promised and the issue is either in the delivery or the address.
