Sarah is the best seller, both for her kindness and the quality of her inserts. I have a Kindle Paperwhite 11th generation, and the inserts I've purchased so far have been too wide and thick with the covers. Hers, however, fit perfectly, without creating bulk. I highly recommend her both for her always helpful service and for the beauty and quality of her inserts.

The package arrived slightly late, though not due to the seller's fault. However, she was very kind in keeping me updated throughout, not only about the inconvenience but also about the tracking. The item arrived in excellent condition, along with other freebies, and accurately matched the description on the shop.
