By Thread & Bloom grew from something very personal.

I first learned to create with my hands from my nan, who taught me the value of patience, detail, and making things that last. What started as small, meaningful projects slowly became something I wanted to share with others.

Today, alongside creating made-to-order pieces, I also use this work to give back. Through community projects around Nottingham, I help run “Bloom Together” initiatives—bringing people together to create, connect, and spend time making something beautiful. These projects are supported in part by the money raised through my shop.

For me, this isn’t just about décor—it’s about creating things with meaning, and sharing that with others.
