Frequently asked questions

Return Policy

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. All orders under $250 are also included in the Etsy Protection Program. In case of damage or loss during shipping, etc., the order will be refunded by Etsy.

Please note that CSLabs will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

Production and Shipping Time

PRODUCTION TIME:
1-3 business days (Usually 2 days)

SHIPPING TIME:
United States: 2-5 business days (Usually 3 days)
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Ineligible For Replacement

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:
- Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by you
- Products that were received as requested; however, you wish to have another size/color instead
- Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")
- Low-quality prints caused by a low-quality design

What if the order is lost in the mail?

In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, upon arriving at the destination city, the package may be stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to us and we will investigate further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report that you have yet to receive it, CSLabs won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

Order Cancellation Policy

We submit all orders to production 3 hours after they've been placed. When an order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached our Print Provider, and they will start working on fulfilling the order. As a result, order cancellations are NOT available 3 hours after an order has been placed. Once an order enters the production phase, we will not be able to cancel any order.
