• Kindly sign in using your email before purchase to have your files sent to your account. Purchasing as a guest might be difficult to locate your files at a later time.
• Add an item to the cart, click on purchase and proceed to payment.
• After successful payment, your files will be available under your account, in your purchase section and a link will be also sent to your email.
• Click on "Download Files" beside your order to save them to your computer.
• Download the files and save them to your computer. Double-tap the .zip files to uncompress them and use them.

As of now, you cannot download files through the Etsy App. So please use the Etsy website to download your files.
