How do I download my files?

Go to Etsy.com › Your account › Purchases & reviews (use a browser, not the app) → find the order → Download Files. Etsy also emails a link to your registered email.

What skill level are the patterns?

Most are beginner to intermediate. Each pattern includes step‑by‑step photos, stitch counts, and tips. Message me if you need help.

What terms/abbreviations are used?

US crochet terms unless noted: MR, ch, sc, inc, dec, hdc, dc, sl st, FO, etc. A stitch key is included.

What yarn and hook do I need?

Each listing specifies yarn weight and hook size. You can resize by changing yarn/hook. Cotton yarn helps stitches look neat for amigurumi.

Can I sell the finished items?

Yes, small‑batch handmade sales are allowed (up to 200 pieces/year per pattern) if you credit “Pattern by CondenserStudio” in your listing or tag on social. No mass production, factories, or outsourcing.

Can I share or resell the pattern files?

No. Patterns are for personal use; file sharing, reselling, or translating for distribution is prohibited.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital downloads, refunds aren’t possible once files are accessed. If you have trouble with a file or need help, message me — I’ll make it right.

Can you customize a pattern?

Sometimes! Send me a message with what you need (size, theme, deadline) and I’ll confirm availability.

I can’t open the PDF / the file looks blank.

Please download on a computer or use a PDF reader app. If you still have issues, message me and I’ll resend the files.
