How can I download my digital files purchased from CreatiKit?
After completing your purchase, you can access your digital files from your account. To download them, follow these steps:
Log in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account.
Go to Purchases and Reviews.
Next to the order, select "Download Files." This will take you to the Downloads page, where you'll see all the files associated with your order.
Downloads will be available once payment is confirmed. It may take a few minutes for the confirmation to arrive.
In addition to the transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy, PayPal, or Payoneer, a download notification email will be sent to you.
What can I do if I have trouble downloading my files?

CreatiKit crochet patterns are provided in PDF format.
You can either print them or view them directly on your computer or tablet.
If you choose to print them, they are formatted for letter-size paper (216 mm x 279 mm / 8.5" x 11"), but you can scale them to the size you need in your print settings.
