Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
This is a digital PDF crochet pattern, so custom or personalized orders are not available. The pattern is sold exactly as shown in the listing. If you have a question about the pattern, sizes or materials, please message me before buying and I'll be happy to help. 🧸
Shipping / Processing
No physical item is shipped. This listing is for a digital PDF pattern only, not the finished bear. After your payment is confirmed, you get an instant download link from Etsy. 📥
How do I get my pattern?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy gives you an instant download link. You can also find the file any time under "Purchases and Reviews" on Etsy. If the PDF does not open in the Etsy app, please use a web browser (Chrome or Safari) and any PDF reader.
Returns and exchanges
Because this is a digital file, refunds, returns and exchanges are not possible after download. If something looks wrong with the file or the pattern, please message me with your order number and I will gladly help you.
Can I sell the finished bears?
Yes! You may sell finished items made from this pattern. Please credit CrochetPatternFox as the designer. Please do not copy, share, resell, translate or redistribute the pattern file itself. 💛
Is it suitable for beginners?
It is beginner friendly to advanced beginner. The pattern uses basic stitches (single crochet, increase, decrease, chain, slip stitch), plus some sewing and simple embroidery. It includes stitch counts for every round, photos and an assembly page. It is not a no-sew pattern.
