I had a problem that I didn't notice until I had gone through the purchase process with capitalization of a word and I got in touch with them asap, they responded so fast and fixed the issue so it read exactly how it should. Their response time was amazing and they sent me a mock up before actually creating the board and sending it to me. I am really thrilled with this gift as I know my son will be as well.
