5. You will receive your personalized file via email (sent to the email address connected to your Etsy account).

Personalized orders are usually prepared within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you do not see our email, please check your spam folder.

You will receive a high-quality PDF file ready to print.
If needed, we can also provide JPG, PNG or TIFF versions at no extra cost.

Yes. We can make small changes such as:

• color adjustments
• font changes
• adding a photo or logo

For larger changes or fully custom designs, please purchase the Custom Order option.

If you notice a typo or mistake after receiving your file, we are happy to provide one free revision within 7 days after delivery.

Yes! If you like our style but need something different for your event, we can create a fully custom design for you.
Please choose the Full Custom Order option in our shop and tell us your ideas.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on:

• your monitor or phone screen
• printer type
• ink and paper used

For best results we recommend using a professional print shop or photo lab.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Cricut software and check the facilities of your computer and Cricut machine. Also, make sure your Cricut model supports this type of product that you going to print.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for Cricut software, and the capabilities of your computer/device where you going to use our SVG.

In most cases, we recommend to print PNG file that included to your SVG order.
