What are your processing times?
Processing times vary on the product you have ordered. If it is a bespoke item (as labeled in the item title and/or description) we will get your order out within 5 working days - depending on quantity.
If you order a stock item that we have already made, we usually dispatch on the same working day (if you order by 2pm GMT) or the following working day. Each order comes with tracking.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you are based in the UK, your order will be sent out with DPD or Royal Mail. If it is an international order, we usually send these with DHL Express.
Each order will come with full tracking.
Please note that we do not pay for taxes on international orders. Please keep checking your tracking for updates on how to pay.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your purchase, but we do understand that sometimes this just isn't the case.
We do typically accept returns on orders if you have ordered the wrong colour, or just don't like what you have received. However, we do not accept returns on bespoke items! Please see the returns and exchange policy on each listing.
If we receive a product back and it isn't to the standard that we sent it out in, or if we think it's been used, a full refund will not be given.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable!
Can you send out colour samples?
Yes of course we can! If you want a cutting of a specific fabric/colour, please give us a message. Please include your full name, address and the samples you would like to see.
We only send samples to those based in the UK. If you are an international buyer, please get in contact with us and we will try and help you out the best we can😊
