Our standard turnaround time for orders is 2-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that this is the processing time and does not include shipping times. Please note that the estimated date of arrival is only an estimate and not a guaranteed date. If you require guaranteed delivery, please send us a message and we will arrange for Priority Express shipping.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products: We do not accept returns for personalized and custom-made items, including but not limited to stickers, decals, posters, and canvas prints. These products are made to order and are crafted according to your specific requirements and preferences. As such, they cannot be restocked or resold.
We offer special pricing for group or large orders. Please message us for more information.
If you need to contact us, please use Etsy messaging instead of email. We will do our best to respond to messages within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that our shop is closed on weekends and holidays so that we can spend time with our families. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Will wall stickers work on painted or wallpapered surfaces?
Our wall stickers are designed to work on a variety of surfaces, including painted walls and wallpaper. However, it's important to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of any dust, debris, or grease before applying the sticker. If the surface has recently been painted, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before applying the sticker to allow the paint to fully cure. For wallpapered surfaces, make sure the wallpaper securely adheres to the wall and free of any bubbles or peeling edges. In some cases, the adhesive on our wall stickers may cause damage or peel to delicate wallpaper or paint, so we recommend testing a small area first before applying the sticker to the entire surface. How do I clean my wall sticker?
