5 na 5 gwiazdekLove this ring! It is absolutely beautiful, well crafted, and nicely packaged. Super shiny, and appears like a yellow gold. I live in Canada and it ships from the UK - it arrived 3 weeks after my initial order (only a couple days after the timeline it was supposed to arrive). I’d recommend ordering a bit earlier if you live out of country and need it by a certain day. But other than that, the ring was beautiful and smooth - comfortable for every day wear. Thank you!

It shipped from the UK to the US so it arrived a week later from the expected arrival window. When I reached out to the seller for a shipping update, they responded with a couple days.

How can I track my order?
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. The tracking number will be updated once the order has been dispatched.

Can I ask for more pictures and information about a product?
Of course, if you require more pictures or information please do not hesitate to send us a message. We would love to help you out.
We respond to all messages within the same day.
Where is my order?
Please double check the delivery address at check out. It's the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address to avoid delays and lost parcels.
Please note I am not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. If items are returned back to us, you will need to pay for the delivery again before I can send the item back to you. In case you prefer your money back, we would refund the amount with the initial postage cost discounted.
Can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery you can return it, but please contact us before.
The return will be accepted only if the product is returned in perfect condition. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Once we receive the unworn product in its original condition, we will issue a refund (delivery charges are non-refundable).
Buyers are also responsible for sending the items back safely to receive a refund. Delivery costs for sending back is the customer's responsibility.
