How do I tell you about my monogram or personalization?

Fill out the needed information in the Personalization Box on each item page. If you do not have a personalization box then add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Type the information needed in the "Note to Envelope Please" box. Make sure you check the information needed in each listing description so your digital proof isn't delayed.

Do you send digital proofs before printing?

Yes! Digital proofs are sent to Etsy Convos within 12 hours of any order with monogram or personalization. Check your Etsy conversations so you have a chance to approve or make changes prior to printing! If I have not heard back from you by the time your order is expected to ship, then I will ship your items exactly as the proof was provided to you via Etsy Convos.

What is your standard turnaround times on items?

Normal production turnaround time is 1-3 Business Days for labels and 3-5 Business Days for note cards.

This timetable does not include shipping. Since the shipping process is beyond my control, please understand I can't guarantee a specific date for you to have it in your hands.

Do you offer a Rush Option?

If you need your item sooner than the normal production time stated for the item, I can accommodate you with a rush order fee. This will reduce your production time to 1-2 business days from the time your proof has been approved. NOTE: Rush times do not start until the time the proof is approved.

This Rush fee will allow me to put your order at the head of our production queue. Let me know & I can set you up with a custom listing.

Expedited shipping will need to be added to the checkout as well if a customer wants their order faster than standard mail delivery times.

My order is showing a delay in shipment with USPS tracking, what do I do?

If USPS tracking is showing a delay in transit, contact your local USPS as soon as possible to be proactive. I'm not responsible for delays on their behalf and it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS for any shipping issues. I guarantee your order will be mailed by USPS by the ship by date but I can't guarantee a specific delivery date since that is out of my control. This is very rare! I think I have only had 2 or 3 orders that have been delayed (and normally it is due to inclement weather).
