5 out of 5 starsThe wall stickers are of great quality and I'm very happy with them. You should definitely follow the instructions/notes for the large motifs. They are there for a good reason (e.g. that you should do them in pairs). :) the children think they are fantastic!

Sizing details
Each wallpaper is adjusted to dimensions of given walls. We add 4 cm extra to the given sizes.
Care instructions
The instructions are attached to the order, the wallpaper manual are also sent by e-mail with the preview.

The processing and shipping time
Our standard wallpaper production time is 5 days and for wall decals from 2 to 3 days. The shipping depending on the country of delivery: from 2 to 5 working days (the UK +3-5 days due to customs clearance).
Free delivery to the European Union and the UK except for some overseas territories and some islands belonging to parts of continental Europe and the UK. Ask us for details.
Contact details
Please provide your telephone number for a courier service in the order note. If the courier will have a problem with the delivery, the parcel might be sent back to me (Poland).
As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer]. Please, make sure if the address provided while placing the order is correct.
Courier doesn’t ship to PO Boxes.
Custom taxes
Orders outside the EU are labeled with a sticker for the import tax. Unfortunately, all countries have different taxes and customs for goods sent from abroad that are within the buyer's responsibility. As for the GB, Etsy doesn't collect VAT for goods worth £135 or more in total, so FedEx will contact you upon delivery.
Returns
If you decide to return the product (excluding wallpapers) for some reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the fact that our wallpaper is custom-made, we do not accept returns.
Reprint/reorder
Please note that the colors on reprint may vary slightly from those on your original wallpaper.
Complaints
If the shipment is damaged IMMEDIATELY notify us of this issue
- describe the issue and send photographs of damaged PACKAGING and product !
If you have any reservations to the product itself (pattern, colours, etc.):
All reservations should be made BEFORE the application ! Any reservations made after the application WILL NOT BE EXAMINED.
Matching wallpaper pattern
The pattern will be entirely tailored to the size of your wall. It will not be repeated. We can adapt the pattern to each wall and move the elements in the selected patterns so that they are not obstructed by furniture for example. The width of the wallpaper will be a maximum of 100 cm.
