Navigate to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews.
Click Download Files next to your order. (If the button is gray, payment is still processing).
2. If you checked out as a Guest: Look for an email receipt from Etsy. It will contain a direct link to download your files.
Can't find the email? Check your Spam/Junk folder. Gmail users should check "Promotions" and "Social" tabs.
Tip: Add transaction@etsy.com to your contacts to prevent emails from being blocked.
