4 out of 5 starsI did not recive my coat in time for me event, however I reached out to the seller and they apologized and gave me a 60% refund and they allowed me to keep the coat. I hope that in the future that the store will be able to deliver items for other customers on time.

1 out of 5 starsDo not order if you have an event. Seller confirmed timelines they did not meet, promised photos and tracking that were never sent, and ultimately claimed the item shipped before later admitting it hadn’t. Missed my event entirely. Poor communication and accountability throughout.

Thats great customer service. I was grateful. Then another week past and nothing changed so I feel like I was lied too. Requesting a refund as the seller only messages when the 1 star review hits. Great looking item, terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
