I still have not received my order! No message to say why there is a delay. Was meant to be a gift.

My family have previously ordered from here and their frames look beautiful. This review isn’t a reflection on the product, but more so communication with the seller. I am not sure what the issue was with delivery, as I never have had delivery issues with any other items I order. Etsy Tracking was saying that my item was not dispatched, when I messaged the seller, she told me it had been returned to her (however it was never sent). She was unable to provide me with tracking information, but told me the delivery was attempted with no one at home. I have a ring doorbell, and know that that wasn’t the case, I also had no attempted delivery note. I tried to resolve this with the seller, as my messges weren’t sending on Etsy I also politely messaged her on instagram. The seller was very rude, when she found out Etsy issued a refund.

This item did not arrive for Christmas, I contacted the seller to inform them, they apologised stating another one will be dispatched. Still nothing! And no response to my message - I remained patient, but now extremely disappointed and waiting on a refund!

The item was delivered a day later than expected and arrived with the glass of the frame all smashed up!

Do not order from here. The seller did not communicate with me and supposedly shipped my item one week later than it was supposed to be shipped. The tracking info did not work and I messaged so many times and got minimal support. It took 3 weeks for my item to be shipped and I still have not received it. I wanted to give this as a gift and am devastated.

I ordered this item on the 11th July this still hasn’t been delivered (5th August) Even though it was sent 5 days ago. Communication was really slow. I bought this for a friend for a house warming gift, so disappointed I wasn’t able to hand this to her on the day (24th July). Do hope the frame is worth the wait.

I’ve had a very bad experience with this product. I had to keep chasing up the order to ensure it was delivered on time and despite regular chasing, was also lied to regarding the dispatched date. Also, once arrived, the frame was noticeably damaged. I had bought this for my husband’s birthday present and am very disappointed.
