5 out of 5 starsWe are very happy with our corduroy storage bench. Very well made and a lovely colour. The corduroy is a real point of difference from other storage benches or ottomans. Communication was very good and any questions quickly answered. The bench was very well packed. Be aware that if you are ordering from the UK you have to pay additional import tax. The process is very simple and although it added to the cost, having now received the bench, we felt it was well worth it.

I love the material and it's so soft and comfortable to sit on. They even left a personal handwritten note, as well as cushion non-slip grips which was so thoughtful! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs floor cushions that are made with love.

Frequently asked questions
What should be done before giving our products to the child?
Before any product is used by a child, the guardian (adult) removes the protective packaging and disposes of it or keeps it out of the reach of children and, if necessary, mounts the product.
It is the responsibility of the guardian to instruct the child how to properly use the purchased product and to ensure the child's safety when using it.
If there is any damage to the product, it should be removed to prevent possible injury or choking by the child.
The products must contain the original parts and hardware that were delivered with the product (installed or delivered separately) and that have been tested by us.
The installation of fittings purchased from a different supplier or manufacturer does not guarantee the safety of use.
Dangerous behavior. It is not allowed to:
- using products in a different way than their intended use,
- putting products in a position other than that which was designed for them,
- brutal treatment of products,
- closing kids in products,
- using the products in places where the ground is wet or slippery and on unpaved surfaces, near stairs, steps, uneven surfaces,
- using damaged products,
- eating any part of the products,
- using the products when there are any potential dangers within the child's reach: sharp tools, fire, hot liquids, electric cables, heating and cooking appliances, other heat sources, etc.
SAFETY OF USE
We test our products ourselves with our families and we send the furniture to an independent, accredited Furniture Testing Laboratory.
Care instructions of velour fabrics:
IF THE COVER CAN NOT BE ROMOVED
- dust, animal hair should be cleaned with a brush or cloth,
- spilled liquids should be removed immediately using a dry cloth or paper towel, gently applying it to the liquid so that it absorbs itself,
IF THE COVER CAN BE REMOVED
- wash by hand or mechanically at 30°C (however, it loses its properties that limit the absorption of liquids, but does not change its appearance),
- spin up to 800 rotation,
- dry in a hanging state,
- do not tumble dry,
- do not bleach,
-do not iron,
-do not clean with detergents containing ammonia, oils, solvents or other chemicals, and with accessories that may damage the product,
-if the products has a handle in the form of ears or tassels - brush them.
Care instructions of cotton fabric (teepee, cocoon swing, etc.):
- wash by hand or machine at 40°C,
- you can spin up to 800 rotation,
- dry in a hanging state,
- do not tumble dry,
- do not bleach,
- iron the cotton at the temperature of 150°C without the tassels, pompons,
- do not iron pillows and tassels, pompons,
- brush the tassels with a brush,
- do not clean with detergents containing ammonia, oils, solvents or other chemicals, and with accessories that may damage the product.
BROWN DOTS ON THE FABRIC. WHAT IS THAT?
That are raw cotton leftovers. They are because the fabric is not chemically bleached, not impregnated. Dots are not a product defect, do not interfere with the appearance. The color of cotton is natural (ecru).

THE SMELL OF THE RAW COTTON FABRIC
When and where does this smell come from?
The smell can be strange. It depends on: fabric is made of natural, raw cotton (not chemically bleached, not impregnated - safe for environtment). The color and smell are natural.
How to remove the smell?
Leave it to air out. You can leave it in a ventilated place, leave it outside for a while. The smell should fade away.
PROBLEM WITH WOODEN STICKS IN THE TEEPEE
Wood reacts to the temperature and humidity in the environment. Therefore, it can change its dimensions. This is not a defect.
If the sticks are too tight:
try to dry them a little in a dry place.
If the sticks are too loose:
allow them to absorb some moisture or put the ending sticks in the water.
For what age are our products suitable?
We recommend using our products from the age of 3. Of course, children must use them under the watchful eye of a parent, guardian or other designated caregiver.
If parents allow a child under 3 years of age to use our products, they must supervise the children.
What do we allow in our production?
The occurrence of DIFFERENCES IN SHADES of a given color depending on a given series of fabrics and this is not a defect.
SHADING OF VELOUR, as this is not a disadvantage but a property of this type of materials.
Uneven STAPLE SPACING.
The occurrence of TENSIONS or wrinkles in fabrics, which is not a defect.
The occurrence of slight DIFFERENCES IN PRODUCTS of the same type, which is related to manual individual production and is not a defect of the product.
THE COLOUR of the fabric is actually different than in the picture.
Due to the monitor settings, the colors in the pictures may differ from those in reality. Sometimes it also depends on the series of fabrics we receive for production, so it is not a disadvantage.
Delivery problem. Where is my order?
We add a tracking number to each shipment. If you see that there is something wrong with it – contact us.
We always try to solve every problem.
Sometimes the package has been delivered, but you didn't pick it up.
Please check first if the courier has left the package at the door, in the garden, by the window, on the terrace, on the balcony and whether it has not been delivered to the neighbors. Also check if another family member has not picked up the package.
