4 out of 5 starsThe quality is very good, but the first time I ordered a little while ago the pages were more of an off white and were not sticky, but still worked as described. I was hoping to get the same thing again but the more recent order can stark white pages that feel a little sticky, which I dislike, that is the only reason for the 4-star rating to not be a 5-star one.

Do you shop refund 100% if the package is lost?
Yes, definitely. 100% refund if delivering hasn't arrived in 30 days.
How should I issue refund when there is broken or quality case?
You should notify me within 24 hrs on the day when the package was received. Send me a "CONVO" right away. After 36 hrs the item(s) is considered as "SOLD" good condition and no missing item(s). No request will be answer.Thanks for the understanding. Note that shipping cost is not refundable on the total price of your purchased item(s) and this time you will going to pay for the shipping cost to send back the item(s) to me. Once I received the item(s) from you i will send your refund through Paypal. All return items will be charged for 15% re- stocking fee.
What is the shipping service your shop use?
If there is no description in the listing, the order, by default, would be shipped by Hong Kong Post with no tracking information offered. If you want to get a tracking service, then you have to add $1.99.
Return Requests
A return fee equivalent to 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee is necessary to cover the restocking and administration costs associated with processing returns. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, less the 15% return fee, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
How long does the whole shipping process?
All the item are ready to ship within 2-3 day. It takes 15-25 days for the order to come. We declare order as a gift when shipping for you to easier when getting it.
If the package is lost, how to do?
When you haven't got the package in 30 days after the shipment. Just contact us, we'd file a written tracking form with our agent and we could get back to you in one week for the tracking results. If the time after the package sent has been past 30 days, we could immediately refund you the whole amount.
However, for parcels, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number and said delivered, it is out of our hands. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered.
Out-of-Stock Item Policy
Sometimes items you order may be out of stock. We'll let you know ASAP. Here are the solutions we can provide for you:
1) We can issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item(s); or
2) If you'd rather swap the out-of-stock item(d) for another of equal value, we can arrange that for you; or
3) We also offer the option to convert the value of the out-of-stock item into store credits in your membership account. You can use these credits for future purchases.
Wrong items/ Missing items from delivered parcel
If you received the wrong item(s)/ missing items, our top priority is to solve your problem with item(s) refund. We will provide re-shipment only if economy shipping at the moment is available or not. For re-ship using standard shipping, we may request buyers to order certain items to qualify for the re-ship issues. We have the final decision to solve your current problem by refund/partial refund/re-shipment.
We reserve the final rights for the parcel shipping / refund the whole order amount.
Free shipping means free economy shipping.
If the single order amount is small and is not able to cover the shipping cost at all, or if there is no economy shipping available for the designated country, we reserve the final decision to decide whether to resume the order by requesting your upgrade of shipping options, buy more items to fulfill the shipment requirement or simply refund the whole order amount back to buyers directly.
Order Cancellation Requests
Please note that a cancellation fee of 15% will be applied to all canceled orders. This fee covers the various administrative and operational costs associated with processing the order and restocking the items. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
Exceptions: In the event that your order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. In such cases, you may return the item according to our Return Policy.
