Notified seller who was very accommodating & sent out a new mug, though I was nervous I wouldn’t get it in time for the Christmas holiday. Well it came in just in time with days to spare! I was so satisfied with the mug and customer service I received that I ordered another one for my other daughter! I would buy from this seller again.
