1 out of 5 starsI was really excited about this item and hopeful. The sand is good and the item is solid, however the sides are so low that it doesn’t keep the sand in well at all. My kids couldn’t even trace letters in it without getting sand everywhere. It was hard to clean up, and way more stressful than fun. I would recommend making the sides higher

Due to the possibility of decreasing the sand, we put more sand next to the product. Therefore, when using the letter, I recommend that you be careful about using sand as much as the ground will be visible when you write the letter. I would like to inform you that we will definitely pay attention and evaluate your suggestions.
