Shipping

1. I will ship your order within 1-3 business days after you made a purchase (Custom Design Watch - within 3-5 business days) by Standard Registered International Airmail with tracking number.

2. Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t give information about the exact arrival day.

3. I will also consider, that delivery is delayed before the holidays, namely December-January. This is due to the large load postal and border services.

4. Approximate terms of delivery to different regions and countries of the world (please keep in mind that this shipping terms are just estimations and might be sometimes shorter or longer):

Europe - 8-14 business days (except Germany and Italy, delivery time to these countries can take 2-3 weeks, in some cases delivery to Italy takes 1-1,5 month)

United States of America - 10-20 business days

United Kingdom - 14-25 business days

Canada - 21-30 days (Please note, that Canadian post online tracking system works incorrectly and not all packages can be tracked)

Australia - 30 days

South America (Mexico) - 30-65 days

Africa, Asia - 21-30 days

If you won't receive your order during this time frame, please contact me and I will provide you with tracking information of your package.

4. I use free shipping worldwide. However if the order contains incorrect or not full shipping address or if the buyer missed the package delivery and it was shipped back to the sender, redelivery will cost $8.

If you missed your package and it was sent back to me, please contact me to solve this situation.
