Damaged items on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch ASAP. Please send us a message along with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label (with your name and address visible)
This helps us assess the issue and contact the relevant shipping or print team. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a resolution — this may include a free replacement, refund, or another fair solution depending on the situation.
Returns & Refunds
All our prints are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your selection before ordering.
We do offer refunds or replacements for:
- Printing or quality issues
- Rare cases where something went wrong on our side
We don’t offer refunds for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Items damaged in transit (though we will send a free replacement)
Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals
Shipping delays can happen due to couriers or customs — unfortunately, these are out of our hands.
We can’t issue refunds unless your parcel is officially marked as lost by the carrier.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed. Around busy periods like holidays, things can take longer. We kindly ask for your patience if your parcel is running late.
During busy times (like Christmas), processing and shipping can take a little longer. The dispatch date shown at checkout is your best guide.
Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees — especially during peak seasons. Please wait a few extra days beyond the estimated timeframe before reaching out.
Print Quality & Colour Differences
If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, we're happy to offer a free replacement or refund — just message us with the details and include photos.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to screen calibration differences and does not qualify as a fault or reason for return.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
We can’t offer free replacements if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If the order is returned to us, we can re-send it — but the customer will be responsible for re-printing and re-shipping costs.
If the item is with your local post office due to address issues, you'll need to collect it or update the delivery info with your local carrier.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only if the order hasn’t been printed or shipped yet. Once the item enters production, we can’t guarantee a cancellation — even if it hasn’t been marked as dispatched yet. We try to get your print into production as soon as possible, so if you'd like to cancel your order please do so as soon as you can.
Holiday Shipping & Christmas Orders
Etsy’s estimated delivery dates don’t account for December shipping delays, and this applies to all shops.
We don’t always send replacements for orders still in transit, as it often causes more confusion and duplicated shipments that arrive too late anyway.
