To fulfil an order, Etsy may provide me with information such as your name, Etsy username, email address, order details, digital item purchased, delivery details where relevant, and any message or personalisation details you choose to provide.

For personalised I Ching readings, I may also receive the question, theme, or context that you voluntarily provide. Please do not send sensitive medical, legal, financial, crisis, or highly private personal information.

How I use your information

I use buyer information only as needed to:
- fulfil your order
- provide digital downloads or personalised PDF readings
- communicate with you about your order
- respond to questions or support requests
- keep required business, accounting, tax, and legal records

I do not use buyer information for unsolicited marketing, and I do not sell buyer information.

Etsy processes buyer payments. I do not receive or store your full payment card details.
