Return Policies: If you would like to return an item, please note that I will refund you total price you paid, minus the original shipping fee, and the return shipping fee.
If you live in the bay area, and would like to pick up your items in person to avoid shipping costs, please send me a message.
If upon receiving your purchase the item is damaged, contact me right away. Please take pictures of the damaged item and keep the item and the box it came in, in order for me to be able to file a claim with shipping company.

Great customer service, fast shipping & mugs were packed extremely well so they would not be damaged in shipping. We also appreciated the hand written thank you card! Thank you so much!

Return policies
If you would like to return an item, please note that I will refund you total price you paid, minus the original shipping fee, and the return shipping fee.
If your item shows as delivered on usps website, but if you didn't receive it.
Please contact your local usps post office to confirm if your item is delivered at the correct address.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Unfortunately, package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not be able replace at our expense.
