Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
Damaged / misprinted items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Lost packages
If your package appears lost in transit, reach out and I’ll investigate with my printing/shipping partner and help organise a replacement where appropriate.
