Haku is absolutely gorgeous--and a bit bigger than I expected. It took a little while before the pin shipped, so I contacted the seller, and they responded promptly. Turns out etsy somehow allowed me to order when the seller's shop was supposed to be closed. After messaging, the seller quickly shipped my order and even included a cute acrylic charm, as well as some other goodies.
