Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. All claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact me with a picture of the damaged item. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
We do not accept returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse(e.g. wrong size without any defect) due to the nature of POD. Please make sure to read the item description and the measurements. If you still are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact me.
Can I change or cancel an order that is already submitted?
You can change or cancel an order that is already submitted unless it has the status Being Fulfilled. If the status is Being Fulfilled by POD, you cannot change or cancel your order.
